    In 1991, Chunxu began to cooperate with Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Plant and Boeing and McDonnell Douglas in the development of aircraft wing projects. In 1999, the Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Plant introduced the American helicopter project, the model LE100, and the introduction of the heavy-duty machine rotomolding fuel tank. At that time, the rotary plastic helicopter fuel tank was expensive. The Shanghai Aircraft Factory decided to localize in China, but after three months of research and search nationwide, it did not find a manufacturer that can produce rotational molding molds. At this difficult time, the founder of the company, Mr. Huang Quanchun, took the initiative to ask, Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Factory readily accepted the project to Shanghai Chunxu, which has a certain mold casting foundation, and hoped to rely on the strength of the Chinese people to independently develop this new project. In August 1999, the first mold of the rotomolding helicopter fuel tank began to start, but it quickly encountered difficulties and the first trial production failed. After the founder, Mr. Huang Quanchun led the technicians to study and inspect the relevant enterprises all over the country, and repeatedly visited Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenyang and other places to visit large machinery and mold manufacturers to discuss the manufacture of aluminum alloy molds. Working with Boeing of the United States to study mold surface problems and manufacturing technology improvements for zinc alloy and aluminum alloy casting. After groping, researching, and trial production, after three months, I successively reported three pairs of molds, and finally succeeded in trial production in March 2000. In the following years, through its own exploration and innovation, Shanghai Chunxu took the lead in completing the professionalization of the design and processing of rotomolding aluminum alloy molds in China, and became one of the earliest and most powerful professional mold manufacturers in China.

    In the initial stage, due to insufficient equipment and shortage of technicians, and facing the competitive pressure of foreign advanced technology, China's rotomolding molds cannot be recognized by the international rotomolding industry. Even Taiwan's rotomolding molds rely on imports from the US and Italy. Mr. Huang Quanchun, the founder of the company, is committed to changing this situation. In order to cooperate with Longcheng Group, the most famous rotomolding toy manufacturer in Taiwan, he promised to help him develop a set of molds for free, when the first pair of rocking chair molds are perfectly presented. This was recognized by the top management of Longcheng and opened the road of rotational molding cooperation. In the next two years in 2000, Shanghai Chunxu developed and manufactured more than 80 sets of rotomolding molds for Longcheng, which really dispelled the concerns of the international market for Chinese molds. Later, Mr. Huang Quanchun led technicians to the United States, Europe, and Australia and other rotational molding technology developed countries to study and exchange, so that Shanghai Chunxu rotational molding mold manufacturing technology has been greatly improved, mold quality has also rapidly improved.

    After years of development, today's Shanghai Chunxu has developed into a subsidiary with Shanghai Chunxu Mould Industry Co., Ltd., Shanghai Chunyang Rotomolding Products Co., Ltd. and Lianyungang Chunxu Rotational Molding Technology Co., Ltd. with a total registered capital of 53.8 million. It has a total area of ​​85,000 square meters, a construction area of ​​60,000 square meters, a total investment of 150 million yuan, and a large-scale rotomolding enterprise with more than 380 employees.
